The method comprises following steps of collecting the space-time signals of each partial space location in a monitoring area; accumulating the space-time signals according to time, thus obtaining a signal accumulated strength value; transforming the signal accumulated strength value through a filter; when the transforming result exceeds a specific threshold value, outputting pulse signals; successively arranging the pulse signals corresponding to the partial space locations into sequences according to the time, thus obtaining pulse sequences for expressing partial space location signals and the changing processes of the partial space location signals; arranging the pulse sequences of all partial space locations into a pulse sequence array according to space location interrelations; and taking the pulse sequence array as the code of dynamic space-time signals of the monitoring area. According to the embodiment of the invention, through carrying out pulse type coding in a time domain and then carrying out space domain coding according to the space locations, the time domain and space domain information is reserved sufficiently; the static image at a random moment can be reconstructed; and the fine moving process of a high speed moving scene is reserved.

According to the invention, the problem that the traditional direct measuring method is inaccurate in measurement due to a spectrum measurement precision problem is solved; and the method disclosed by the invention is simple in calculation, small in complexity, and prominent in effect.
