Defect Engineered Janus MoSiGeN4 as highly efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction
Chun-ling Zhang,Baonan Jia,Feng Wei,Xinhui Zhang,Ge Wu,Long Li,Changchen Chen,Zhengqin Zhao,Feng Chen,Jinbo Hao,Pengfei Lu +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , defect engineering is introduced into Janus MoSiGeN4 to regulate hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity, and five different vacancies are considered, and results suggest that outmost N vacancy can effectively enhance the HER activities.
