Multiparametric MRI-Based Radiomics Model for Predicting H3 K27M Mutant Status in Diffuse Midline Glioma: A Comparative Study Across Different Sequences and Machine Learning Techniques
TL;DR: The multiparametric MRI-based radiomics models could be useful for predicting H3 K27M mutant status in DMG, but the performance varied across different sequences and machine learning techniques.

DREAMM-2: Indirect Comparisons of Belantamab Mafodotin vs. Selinexor + Dexamethasone and Standard of Care Treatments in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma.
Thibaud Prawitz,Rakesh Popat,Attaya Suvannasankha,Grammati Sarri,Rachel Hughes,Feng Wang,Cosmina Hogea,Cosmina Hogea,Shannon Ferrante,Boris Gorsh,Jenny Willson,Venediktos Kapetanakis +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, single-agent belantamab mafodotin (belamaf; BLENREP) demonstrated deep and durable responses in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and ≥ 3 prior lines of therapy, including an immunomodulatory agent, proteasome inhibitor, and anti-CD38 antibody.
US Cost Burden of Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma during Third and Later Lines of Treatment
Gene Felber,Chi-Chang Chen,Jenny Willson,Christopher F. Bell,Edgar Simard,Sasikiran Nunna,Chandrabhan Dharmani,Heide A. Stirnadel-Farrant,Feng Wang,Amanda Bruno +9 more
TL;DR: Patients in 3L and 4L+ of MM treatment incurred high healthcare costs that followed a typical cost distribution ranging from $18,000 to $22,000 PPPM (median values), with several patients incurring much higher costs that swung mean values substantially upward ($89,000 and $40,000PPPM, respectively).

A Retrospective Cohort Study of the Efficacy, Safety, and Clinical Value of 6-TG versus 6-MP Maintenance Therapy in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
TL;DR: 6-TG maintenance therapy in children with ALL can enhance the overall effective rate, can reduce the first remission mortality and the total recurrence rate, and will not increase the overall incidence of adverse reactions, but the incidence of reversible or irreversible hepatic veno-occlusive disease is remarkably increased, which has a certain clinical value.
MM-209: Assessing Efficacy via Indirect Comparison of Single-Agent Belantamab Mafodotin (Belamaf; GSK2857916) in DREAMM-2 Versus STORM or MAMMOTH Studies in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM)
Attaya Suvannasankha,Venediktos Kapetanakis,Thibaud Prawitz,Grammati Sarri,Rachel Hughes,Feng Wang,Cosmina Hogea,Shannon Ferrante,Boris Gorsh,Jenny Willson,Rakesh Popat +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors compared the efficacy of single-agent belamaf versus appropriate comparators in similar patient populations (received ≥3 prior lines of treatment, refractory to anti-CD38 therapies) in a post-hoc analysis of DREAMM-2.
