This study aims to pioneer an innovative circular intuitionistic fuzzy (C-IF) scoring-mediated median ranking model designed for multiple criteria decision analytics. The primary goal is to establish a comprehensive precedence ranking for competing alternatives, effectively addressing the inherent uncertainties present in decision-analytic challenges within the C-IF environment. The core content delves into the creation of an original scoring mechanism tailored to navigate the complexities of C-IF uncertainties. Moreover, the research introduces a specialized C-IF median ranking model for decision analytics, leveraging the foundational concept of the C-IF scoring mechanism. A significant contribution is made through the formulation of a robust implementation procedure, specifically tailored for the seamless operation of the C-IF scoring-mediated median ranking model within the framework of C-IF information. Drawing from the suggested C-IF scoring mechanism, this research introduces novel concepts related to comprehensive C-IF scoring functions and comprehensive disagreement metrics. Subsequently, a comprehensive disagreement matrix is formulated, with its entries quantifying the extent of disagreement in assigning specific ranks to each alternative across all criterion-wise precedence relationships. This paves the way for the development of a new C-IF scoring-mediated median ranking model, offering decision analysts a tool to navigate intricate C-IF information and derive dependable decision-analytic outcomes. 

Circular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Median Ranking Model with a Novel Scoring Mechanism for Multiple Criteria Decision Analytics

Power line carrier( PLC) communication is the specific communication mode in electric system. Through the researches on PRIME and G3- PLC which are the main OFDM- based carrier communication standards nowadays,the processing procedures of the two standards in physical layer are analyzed and their similarities and differences are compared,so as to make a deep comparison on their communication performance. Finally,actual tests are performed based on carrier schemes that accord with PRIME and G3- PLC. The results provide a reference for the selection of PLC communication standards in different power line environments.

Research on PLC Communication Standards PRIME and G3-PLC

The invention discloses a detection system and method for a wired alarm system. The system comprises a wired alarm system monitoring server, an Ethernet, and a plurality of alarm speaker monitoring devices. Each alarm speaker monitoring device comprises a plurality of pickups, a plurality of monitoring terminals and a monitoring host. The pickup is used for picking up an audio signal sent by the alarm speaker, converting the audio signal into a sound wave signal and outputting the sound wave signal to the monitoring terminal; the monitoring terminal obtains fault information of the alarm speaker according to the sound wave signal, and sends the fault information to the monitoring host, and then the monitoring host sends the fault information to the wired alarm system monitoring server through the Ethernet, so that the wired alarm system monitoring server monitors the wired alarm system. Because the cable used for data communication between the monitoring terminal and the monitoring host is shared by the communication cable of the wired alarm system, monitoring of the existing wired alarm system can be realized without laying a new cable.

A detection system and method for a wire broadcasting system includes a speaker monitoring device for failure detection of a speaker of the wire broadcasting system. The loudspeaker detection device comprises a plurality of sound pickups, monitoring terminals and monitoring hosts, the number of the monitoring terminals is the same as that of the sound pickups, the sound pickups are used for audiosignals, converting the audio signals into sound wave signals and outputting the sound wave signals, and each sound pickup picks up one loudspeaker. The monitoring terminal is used for receiving the sound wave signals and sending fault information of the loudspeaker obtained according to the sound wave signals to the monitoring host, and the fault information of the loudspeaker comprises whether the loudspeaker breaks down or not and/or ID information of the loudspeaker. And the monitoring host receives and outputs the fault information of the loudspeaker. Since the cable for data communication between the monitoring terminal and the monitoring host is the cable for data communication between the loudspeaker of the wired broadcasting system and the power amplifier of the wired broadcastingsystem, the establishment of the existing wired broadcasting monitoring system can be realized without laying a new cable.

Detection system and method for wired broadcasting system

The paper focuses on the study of cyber security in Ukraine and creation of a predictive model for reducing the risk of identified cyber threats. Forecasting is performed using a linear regression model, taking into account the optimal dependence of specific threats in the field of cyber security of Ukraine on variables characterizing capabilities / vulnerabilities of cyber security. An unique empirical base was used for the analysis, which was formed on the basis of an expert survey of the cyber security system’s subjects in Ukraine. In order to increase the representativeness of the research, based on the selection of reliable expert population, data cleaning is provided. Methodological research is based on a risk-oriented approach, which provided a risk assessment of the spread of cyber threats and, on this basis, the determination of capabilities / vulnerabilities of the cyber security system in Ukraine. The value of the research is formed not only by assessing the risks of the spread of cyber threats, but by a more in-depth analysis of the dependence of the cyber threats’ level on the vulnerability of the cyber security system based on the search for optimal and statistically significant relationships. The experiment was conducted on the basis of determining the optimal model for forecasting the risk of the spread of one of the most significant threats in Ukraine – data confidentiality breach (54.67%), depending on the variables that characterize the capabilities / vulnerabilities of the cyber security system in Ukraine. The experiment showed that the optimal model emphasizes the predictors characterizing the vulnerability of the organizational cyber security system – "Departmental level of cybersecurity monitoring" and capabilities: "The level of use of risk management approaches at the operational level" and "The level of methodological support for cybersecurity of the critical infrastructure system".

Risk Forecasting of Data Confidentiality Breach Using Linear Regression Algorithm

With the rapid development of science and technology, intelligent systems have been applied to various fields. A monitoring system for the operating status of loudspeakers based on power line communication was designed and implemented. In this paper, firstly analyzes the deficiencies of previous research, and then according to the actual situation, it is concluded that the power line communication technology is more suitable for loudspeaker operating status monitoring than other communication technologies. The overall design, hardware design and software design of the entire system was introduced. And in the last, the reliability of the system were proved by many experiments. This system can be used in other applications in addition to the monitoring of the operating status of the loudspeakers.

Loudspeaker Operation Status Monitoring System based on Power Line Communication Technology

The precise control of a complex hydraulic drive system, which is mostly dependent on the speed control of the system working shaft, contributes to an improvement in product quality. In this paper, a novel working shaft speed control method for complex hydraulic drive system is proposed. First, a mathematical model of the operation of the working shaft and related components is established, and the fuzzy PID controller is designed to regulate the working shaft speed of the complex hydraulic drive system based on fuzzy rules. A whale optimization algorithm improved by intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is proposed to optimize the parameters of fuzzy PID controller in light of the possibility that the selection of parameters of fuzzy PID controller will have an impact on the final control effect. By applying an improved fuzzy PID controller to fit working shaft speed of three complex hydraulic drive system, the control performance of the controller is evaluated. The experimental results demonstrate that the tracking accuracy and immediate efficiency of the proposed method for working shaft speed control of the complex hydraulic drive systems are significantly better than those of the fuzzy PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller optimized with the unimproved whale optimization algorithm, proving the proposed method has strong engineering practical application capacity and can more effectively fulfill the working shaft speed control needs of the complex hydraulic drive system.

Speed Control Method for the Working Shaft of the Complex Hydraulic Drive System Based on IFE-WOA Improved Fuzzy PID Controller

Summary Vibrator excitation is a cost-effective, high-quality, and environmentally friendly way to achieve a high-density, wide-azimuth seismic acquisition. However, since its excitation band is limited by mechanical properties, it is very challenging to get broadband seismic data using traditional vibrators and vibrator sweep signal design methods [ 1 – 3 ]. Moreover, the large sidelobes of sweep signal autocorrelation wavelets are associated with strong noise, which may degrade the quality of acquired data. According to a literature review, the industry has achieved certain research findings on improving vibrator excitation. For the use of conventional vibrators, nonlinear low-frequency sweep signals have gradually been popularized and employed. However, since the optimal combination of wavelet morphology, low-frequency energy, and bandwidth is not achieved, there is still an opportunity for improvement in data quality. Therefore, using the Riker wavelet, a damped Riker wavelet with very small wavelet side lobes and a broad frequency bandwidth was developed. In addition, the nonlinear sweep signals were designed by combining this wavelet with the low-frequency sweep signal design principle. Comparative data analysis indicated that the sweep signals designed by this method have a better excitation effect.
