The present invention relates to the field of communication technology, and particularly to a data distribution method, a data distribution device and a heterogeneous network. The data distribution method comprises: obtaining, via a data distribution device, cellular network access information and wireless local area network access identification information of a user terminal; obtaining, via the data distribution device, cellular network status information and wireless local area network status information; and judging, in combination of the obtained information and distribution policy, that downlink service is required to be distributed to a wireless local area network by the data distribution device, and guiding a data package in the downlink service needed to be distributed, to be distributed to the wireless local area network and transmitted to the user terminal. The present invention achieves the data distribution controlled dynamically by operator network side, and at the same time effectively avoids the risk of uncontrollable performance of the user terminal caused by the variety of the user terminals.

The embodiment of the invention provides a network flow distribution method and device. The method comprises the steps that a first network controller receives network state information of terminals, wherein the terminals are at least one in number, the network state information is the state information of the terminals in at least one corresponding access network, and the first network controller is a network controller of a first access network; the first network controller generates a flow distribution strategy for the terminals according to the network state information; the first network sends the flow distribution strategy to the terminals, and/or the flow distribution strategy is sent to the access equipment of the at least one access network to enable network side equipment or the terminals to carry out flow distribution according to the flow distribution strategy, and thus control over the flow distribution of the terminals by the network side is achieved.

The invention aims to the feature that high speed railway trains support the access of various communication technology systems, the TD-LTE broadband communication system of the high speed railway can assess to 2G/3G and Internet heterogeneous networks, and the problem of data routing forwarding between the TD-LTE system and the heterogeneous networks is solved, so that the transmission rate of the whole broadband communication system is improved, and the correct transmission of service data is ensured.

The method comprises an eNB monitors LTE network traffic; the eNB sends a message for triggering UE to perform wireless local area network (WLAN) connection to the UE, the message carrying information of the LTE network traffic monitored by the eNB; and the UE receives the message which is sent by the eNB and is used for triggering the UE to perform the wireless local area network (WLAN)connection, and carries out the WLAN connection based on the message, wherein the message carrying the information of the LTE network traffic monitored by the eNB. According to the network shunting method and device, the shunting of the LTE network is realized on the basis of not influencing the LTE network performance.

According to the network shunt control method, a system and network equipment, a decision is made according to the bearer shunt attribute information so as to obtain the bearer handover command; and then, the terminal switches the bearer to the wireless access point according to the bearer handover command such that the terminal carries out data shunt through a wireless local area network. Thus, the problem that a shunt decision of a network element of an access network might conflict with attributes of a server router and then user experience is decreased in the prior art is solved.

The multi-network access system comprises a plurality of wireless communication networks and a core network gateway supporting the plurality of wireless communication networks. The plurality of wireless communication networks are connected in parallel with each other. One end of the plurality of wireless communication networks is connected in parallel with the multimode wireless terminal and the other end is connected in parallel with the core network gateway. According to a technical scheme provided in the invention, problems that a wireless network resource can not be fully used so as to cause resource waste in the related technology can be solved. And a terminal service rate can be effectively increased and the current network resource can be fully used.
