Lymphocytes and synovial fluid fibroblasts support osteoclastogenesis through RANKL, TNFα, and IL‐7 in an in vitro model derived from human psoriatic arthritis
Silvia Colucci,Giacomina Brunetti,Francesco Paolo Cantatore,Angela Oranger,Giorgio Mori,L. Quarta,N Cirulli,Lucia Mancini,Addolorata Corrado,Felice Roberto Grassi,Maria Grano +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the involvement of RANKL, TNFalpha, and IL-7 in the osteoclastogenesis of PsA patients, and they showed that the presence of either anti-RANKL and anti-TNFα functional antibodies or anti-IL-7 functional antibodies significantly reduced the bone resorption.

Esterified hyaluronic acid and autologous bone in the surgical correction of the infra-bone defects.
TL;DR: Results suggest that autologous bone combined with EHA seems to have good capabilities in accelerating new bone formation in the infra-bone defects.
Osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle stem cells.
Giorgio Mori,Andrea Ballini,Claudia Carbone,Angela Oranger,Giacomina Brunetti,Adriana Di Benedetto,Biagio Rapone,Stefania Cantore,Mariasevera Di Comite,Silvia Colucci,Maria Grano,Felice Roberto Grassi +11 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that DFSCs expressed a heterogeneous assortment of makers associated with stemness, and this study suggests thatDFSCs may provide a cell source for tissue engineering of bone.
Use of Lugol’s iodine in oral cancer diagnosis: An overview
TL;DR: Data obtained point to the utility and the safety of Lugol's iodine when employed for detection and margins delineation of OSCC and dysplasia and there is need for larger controlled, randomized studies with carefully selected and standardized outcome measures and patients.

Treatment of oroantral fistula with autologous bone graft and application of a non-reabsorbable membrane
Adele Scattarella,Andrea Ballini,Felice Roberto Grassi,Andrea Carbonara,Francesco Ciccolella,Angela Dituri,Gianna Maria Nardi,Stefania Cantore,Francesco Pettini +8 more
TL;DR: The principal advantage of the use of autologous bone graft with an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene titanium-reinforced membrane (Gore-Tex ®) to guide the bone regeneration is that it assures a predictable healing and allows a possible following implant-prosthetic rehabilitation.
