Efficacy and Cardiotoxicity of Liposomal Doxorubicin-Based Chemotherapy in Advanced Breast Cancer: A Meta-Analysis of Ten Randomized Controlled Trials.
TL;DR: It is suggested that liposomal doxorubicin-based chemotherapy is associated with a significant improvement in the overall response rate (ORR) and a significant reduction in the risk of cardiotoxicity.
Immunotherapy of cholangiocarcinoma: Therapeutic strategies and predictive biomarkers.
Ruyin Chen,Dandan Zheng,Qiong Li,Shuaishuai Xu,Chanqi Ye,Qi Jiang,Feifei Yan,Yunlu Jia,Xiaochen Zhang,Jian Ruan +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors present an up-to-date summary of the current research on immunotherapy for cholangiocarcinoma patients, covering pre-clinical and clinical exploration beyond immune checkpoint inhibitors, immune vaccines, and adoptive cell therapy.

Cancer cell membrane-wrapped nanoparticles for cancer immunotherapy: A review of current developments
Qi Jiang,Mixue Xie,Ruyin Chen,Feifei Yan,Chanqi Ye,Qiong Li,Shuaishuai Xu,Wei H. Wu,Yunlu Jia,Peng Shen,Jian Ruan +10 more
TL;DR: CCNPs have enormous potential in cancer immunotherapy, but there are still challenges in terms of translating their effects in vitro to the clinical setting, and these challenges can be addressed in the future with a focus on individualized treatment with CCNPs as well as CCnPs combined with other effective treatments.
EMLI-ICC: an ensemble machine learning-based integration algorithm for metastasis prediction and risk stratification in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma
Jian Ruan,Shuaishuai Xu,Ruyin Chen,Wenxin Qu,Qiong Li,Chanqi Ye,Wei Wu,Qi Jiang,Feifei Yan,Enhui Shen,Qinjie Chu,Yunlu Jia,Xiao-chen Zhang,Wenguang Fu,Jinzhang Chen,Michael P. Timko,Peng Zhao,Longjiang Fan,Yifei Shen +18 more
TL;DR: The EMLI-ICC algorithm provides a powerful and robust means for accurate metastasis prediction and risk stratification across proteome and transcriptome data types that is superior to currently used clinicopathological features in patients with ICC.

Long survival after immunotherapy plus paclitaxel in advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: A case report and review of literature
TL;DR: In this article , a case of advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) was reported, in which clinical complete remission had been achieved using a programmed death 1 (PD-1) inhibitor and paclitaxel without known predictive biomarkers, but with BRCA1, KRAS, and NTRK3 mutations after rapid progression to first-line chemotherapy, and has remained in clinical full remission for more than two years.
