TL;DR: In this case, takotsubo cardiomyopathy was induced by the tapering of antianxiety medications, and health care professionals should be aware of this possibility in such a patient population especially when they have demonstrated cardiovascular symptomatology.

TL;DR: The cases of three patients who presented with ventricular tachyarrhythmia and sudden cardiac death were found to have isolated right ventricular hypertrabeculation/noncompaction on echocardiography, which supports the hypothesis that this condition is highly arrhythmogenic and is associated with high mortality similarly to the left ventricularhypertrabECulation/ noncompaction cardiomyopathy.
