The regulatory role of PDE4B in the progression of inflammatory function study
TL;DR: The tumors associated with chronic inflammation, and PDE4B potential clinical application are presented, and recent studies have identified phosphodiesterase 4B (PDE4B), a member of the PDEs protein family, as a major cyclic AMP (cAMP) metabolizing enzyme in inflammatory cells, and the therapeutic role of PDE 4B is identified.
T-614 Promotes Osteoblastic Cell Differentiation by Increasing Dlx5 Expression and Regulating the Activation of p38 and NF-κB
Jinglue Song,Hongli Liu,Qi Zhu,Yutong Miao,Feiyan Wang,Fan Yang,Wenjing Cheng,Yebin Xi,Xiaoyin Niu,Dongyi He,Guangjie Chen +10 more
TL;DR: Results showed that T-614 promotes osteoblastic differentiation by increasing the expression of Osterix and Dlx5 and increasing the activation of P38, which could advance the ectopic expression of NF-κB to suppress inflammation, which indirectly inhibits the damage of the osteoblasts.
Cytotoxic CD161−CD8+ TEMRA cells contribute to the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus
Hui Xiong,Mintian Cui,Ni Kong,Jiongjie Jing,Ying-Jie Xu,Xiuting Liu,Fan Yang,Zhen Xu,Yu-Xiao Yan,Dongyang Zhao,Ziqi Zou,Meng Xia,Junjie Cen,Guo-zhen Tan,Cong Huai,Qiong Fu,Qing Guo,Kun Chen +17 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of PBMCs from a SLE family pedigree (including 3 HCs and 2 SLE patients) to identify the SLE-associated CD8+ T cell subsets.
