TL;DR: A One Health approach is presented, which aims at the simultaneous protection of humans, animals and the environment from climate change impacts (climate change adaptation), and postulate that integrated approaches save human and animal lives and reduce costs when compared to public and animal health sectors working separately.

TL;DR: In this paper , a systematic review using readily available electronic databases (i.e., PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature, Scopus, Cochrane Library and Web of Science) without language restriction from inception date of the respective databases to October 31, 2022 was conducted to estimate the pooled prevalence of fever of unidentified aetiology among adolescents and adults seeking health care in East Africa.
