Determining the most promising anchors for CuSCN: ab initio insights towards p-type DSSCs
Kathy J. Chen,Adèle D. Laurent,Florent Boucher,Fabrice Odobel,Denis Jacquemin,Denis Jacquemin +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors provided atomistic insight into how copper thiocyanate surfaces interact with a series of nitrogen-based (pyridine, aniline, phenanthroline, benzenediamine) and sulfur-based anchoring groups.

Synthesis and characterization of poly(fluorinated vinyl ether-alt-tert-butyl α-trifluoromethacrylate) copolymers
TL;DR: Radical copolymerization of electron acceptor tert-butyl α-trifluoromethacrylate (MAF-TBE) and electron donor 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,6,7,8,8-heptadecafluoro-10-(vinyloxy)decane (FAV8) initiated by tertbutyl 2,2-dimethylperoxypropanoate were investigated in this article.

Photoinduced electron transfer in ruthenium(II) trisbipyridine complexes connected to a naphthalenebisimide via an oligo(phenyleneethynylene) spacer
Frédérique Chaignon,Fabien Buchet,Errol Blart,Magnus Falkenström,Leif Hammarström,Fabrice Odobel +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the photophysical properties of the dyads can be explained in terms of energy proximity of different excited states and magnitude of the electronic coupling according to the anchoring position.

Redox-driven porphyrin based systems for new luminescent molecular switches
Lucie Norel,Clarisse Tourbillon,Julien Warnan,Jean-Frédéric Audibert,Yann Pellegrin,Fabien Miomandre,Fabrice Odobel,Stéphane Rigaut +7 more
TL;DR: In the ZnP-Ru-P2H triad, it is shown that both porphyrins' fluorescence are highly quenched independent of the redox state of the ruthenium bridge owing to the efficient photoinduced charge transfer within the r Ruthenium complex.
Experimental and Theoretical Evidences of p-Type Conductivity in Nickel Carbodiimide Nanoparticles with a Delafossite Structure Type.
Tengfei Jiang,Tengfei Jiang,Baptiste Polteau,Yoann Farré,Laurent Cario,Camille Latouche,Yann Pellegrin,Mohammed Boujtita,Fabrice Odobel,Franck Tessier,François Cheviré,Stéphane Jobic +11 more
TL;DR: P-type conductivity was demonstrated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements, and a flat band potential of 0.90 V vs SCE at pH 9.4 was measured, which prompted us to test NiCN2 nanoparticles as a photocathode in p-type dye-sensitized solar cells.
