Comparison between multislice CT and MR imaging in the diagnostic evaluation of patients with pancreatic masses.
Mario Fusari,Simone Maurea,Massimo Imbriaco,Carmine Mollica,G. Avitabile,F. Soscia,Luigi Camera,Marco Salvatore +7 more
TL;DR: MRI represents a valid diagnostic alternative to CT in the evaluation of patients with pancreatic masses, both for correct identification and characterisation of primary lesions and to establish resectability in the case of malignancies.

Dual-time-point [18F]-FDG PET/CT in the diagnostic evaluation of suspicious breast lesions.
Mg Caprio,A. Cangiano,Massimo Imbriaco,F. Soscia,G. D. Di Martino,Alessandra Farina,G. Avitabile,Leonardo Pace,Pietro Forestieri,Marco Salvatore +9 more
TL;DR: The delayed repeat acquisition of PET images improves the accuracy of [18F]-FDG PET/CT in patients with suspicious breast lesions with respect to the single-time-point acquisition and variations in FDG uptake between PET-1 and PET-2 are a reliable parameter that can be used for differentiating between benign and malignant breast lesions.

Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging illustrating Anderson–Fabry disease progression
Massimo Imbriaco,Giancarlo Messalli,G. Avitabile,Alberto Cuocolo,Simone Maurea,F. Soscia,Antonio Pisani +6 more
TL;DR: A case of Anderson-Fabry disease with cardiac involvement evaluated with cardiovascular MRI and disease progression was observed despite enzyme replacement therapy, indicating an X-linked lysosomal storage disorder.

The psychophysical impact of COVID-19 lockdown on pediatric patients with rheumatological disease.
Ludovica Cela,Francesca Ardenti Morini,Elisabetta Cortis,Cristiana Alessia Guido,Manuel Murciano,Alberto Spalice,Michele Massa,F. Soscia +7 more
TL;DR: There was an increase in anxious and depressive symptoms in female adolescents, a tendency to disease relapse, despite generally good compliance to therapy during the COVID-19 period of isolation, in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

Transitional care management in patients with auto-inflammatory diseases: experience of cooperation of a paediatric and adult centre
F. Soscia,Ludovico Luca Sicignano,Elena Verrecchia,Francesca Ardenti Morini,Maria Grazia Massaro,Fortunata Civitelli,Federica Ferrari,Donato Rigante,Elisabetta Cortis,Raffaele Manna +9 more
TL;DR: The model of TC for AIDs from a paediatric to adult centre of two hospitals in Rome, and to pointing out the different steps emerged from specific experiences allows us to investigate AIDs complex cases, requiring a long period of observations.
