Yang Xiong,Fuxun Zhang,Yangchang Zhang,Wei Wang,Yuxin Ran,Changjing Wu,Shiyu Zhu,F Qin,Jiuhong Yuan +8 more
TL;DR: The causal association between modifiable risk factors and erectile dysfunction remains unclear, which hinders the early identification and intervention of patients with ED as discussed by the authors , and therefore, the authors in this paper aim to clarify the causal associations between 42 predominant risk factors, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, basal metabolic rate, poor self-health rating, cigarette and alcohol consumption, insomnia and snoring, depression, stroke, ischemic stroke, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and major depressive disorder.

Wei Wang,Yucheng Ma,Jia-Wei Chen,Liao Peng,Xiaoying Gao,Lede Lin,Fuxun Zhang,Yang Xiong,F Qin,Jiuhong Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that there was no association between 2,4-D exposure and ED in men from the NHANES 2001–2004 and the association between urinary 2, 4-D level and ED was not significant in the subgroup analysis stratified by age, BMI, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

[Changes of serum elastase, alpha 1-antitrypsin, procollagen III peptide and malonaldehyde in smokers with and without chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases].
Xinchun Chen,X Cheng,Jia Li,Hao Zhang,Y Hua,Xun Xu,Q Zhao,Quan Li,F Qin,Li-Yan Yu,Zhao-Shen Li,Yu Hong Li +11 more
TL;DR: Serum PIIIP content was increased in smokers and alpha(1)-AT decreased significantly in patients with COPD, suggesting decreased alpha( 1)-AT may be a susceptible factor in the development of COPD caused by smoking.

Food Insecurity May be an Independent Risk Factor Associated With Erectile Dysfunction in the United States: Analysis of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey Data
Wei Wang,Jia-Wei Chen,Liao Peng,Xiaoying Gao,Lede Lin,Yang Xiong,Fuxun Zhang,Yucheng Ma,F Qin,Jiuhong Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the relationship between food insecurity and ED in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and found that men with very low food insecurity had 59% higher risk of ED compared with those having high food security.
