IL-22, in contrast to IL-10, does not induce Ig production, due to absence of a functional IL-22 receptor on activated human B cells.
Sandrine Lécart,F. Morel,Nelly Noraz,Jérôme Pène,Martine Garcia,Katia Boniface,Jean-Claude Lecron,Hans Yssel +7 more
TL;DR: IL-22, in contrast to its homologue IL-10, is not involved in the immunological activity of B cells, which is due to the absence of a functional IL-22R at the surface of these cells.

O014 Critical role of Th17 pro-inflammatory cytokines to delay skin wound healing
Isabelle Paris,Sandrine Charreau,E. Guignouard,Martine Garnier,L. Favot-Laforge,V. Huguier,François-Xavier Bernard,F. Morel,Jean-Claude Lecron +8 more
TL;DR: The synergistic and specific effects of IL-22 and IL-17 in the wound healing delay process are demonstrated, regardless of the presence of bacteria intra se.

Study of proliferation and 3D epidermal reconstruction from foreskin, auricular and trunk keratinocytes in children.
Jiad N. Mcheik,Christine Barrault,Nathalie Pedretti,Julien Garnier,Franck Juchaux,Guillaume Levard,F. Morel,François-Xavier Bernard,Jean-Claude Lecron +8 more
TL;DR: In vitro studies revealed the higher yield of living keratinocyte recovery from foreskin and higher potential in terms of proliferative capacity, regeneration and differentiation, and tested the hypothesis that in vitro studies and RHE reconstructive capacities of cells from different body sites can be helpful to select an optimal site for keratinocytes isolation before considering graft protocols for girls.

Characterization of skin Th17 transcriptional profiles in psoriatic patients under adalimumab biotherapy.
Amandine Buffiere-Morgado,E. Couderc,Adriana Delwail,Laure Favot,Jean-François Jégou,Elisabeth Solau,Gérard Guillet,Jean-Claude Lecron,F. Morel +8 more
TL;DR: It is shown that TNFα inhibition in psoriasis patients treated with adalimumab has a broad effect on the expression profile of cytokines and keratinocyte markers of skin inflammation, which may account for its clinical efficacy.
