Highly ordered columnar ITO thin film with enhanced thermoelectric and mechanical performance over wide temperature range
Bingwei Luo,Li-li Cao,F. Luo,Haitao Zhou,Kexin Ma,Dabo Liu,Linbin Wang,Shaoxiong Hu,Ke Sun,Shulin Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a thin but robust ITO-based thin-film thermocouple, with a low-crystallised highly ordered columnar structure, was fabricated, and the electrical conductivity exhibited a high temperature-dependent sensitivity owing to the increasing density with increasing temperature.

A leaf-like structured ITO conductive transparent thin film from visible to near-infrared region with enhanced stability
Li-li Cao,Tao Wang,Kexin Ma,Zhiwen Zhang,F. Luo,Haitao Zhou,Dabo Liu,Min Miao,Bingwei Luo,Yi Xu +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a leaf-like structured particle is composed of small particles growing along three different orientations leading to low thermal stress accompanied by well transmittance (85%) in a wide wavelength range from visible to near-infrared region and a narrowed band gap 3.07 eV.

Superior Thermoelectric Performance of Robust Column-Layer ITO Thin Films Tuning by Profuse Interfaces.
Bingwei Luo,Li-li Cao,Hongli Gao,Zhi-Wei Zhang,F. Luo,Haitao Zhou,Kexin Ma,Dabo Liu,Min Miao +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a column-layer ITO-based thin film with a column layer structure was fabricated and three types of column layer ITO thin films were fabricated via magnetron sputtering.
5
Highly oriented platinum/iridium thin films for high-temperature thermocouples with superior precision.
TL;DR: In this article , a platinum/iridium (Pt/Ir) pure-element thermocouple with a well matched interface and few defects was fabricated, which demonstrated excellent long-term service stability over a high-temperature range.

Defect governed zinc-rich columnar AZO thin film and contact interface for enhanced performance of thermocouples.
Bingwei Luo,Li-li Cao,Jinyang Zhang,F. Luo,Haitao Zhou,Kexin Ma,Braulio Beltrán-Pitarch,Mauricio Solís de la Fuente,Francisco Vidan Falomir,J. García-Cañadas +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a zinc-rich Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin film was fabricated, in which the carriers were mainly donated by the Al dopant, and the oxygen defects migrated together, forming cage defects.
