Zirconium nitrides deposited by dual ion beam sputtering: physical properties and growth modelling
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of different elaboration parameters (ion energy, gas composition of the reactive beam and substrate temperature) on the nitrides composition and on their optical and electrical properties was particularly studied.

Relation between the optical properties of composite Si3N4 thin films with embedded Cu clusters and the clusters morphology: Irradiation effects
TL;DR: In this paper, the relation between the morphology of the clusters, characterized by extended x-ray absorption fine spectroscopy, and the optical properties of the cermets, which are classically modeled with the help of the effective medium theory has been successfully used.

Ion beam assisted deposition of zirconium nitrides for modulated optical index structures
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of different elaboration parameters (ion energy, gas composition of the reactive beam and substrate temperature) on the nitrides composition and on their optical and electrical properties was studied.

Evidence of ω-phase in ion beam sputtered zirconium thin films
TL;DR: In this article, a three-atom hexagonal ω-phase was identified as the ω -one by means of CEEXAFS experiments, which showed that significant fraction of ω −-phase coexists with α -grains which present a considerable increase of the interplanar distances.
