A multiwavelength study of Swift GRB 060111B constraining the origin of its prompt optical emission
G. Stratta,Alexei Pozanenko,Jean-Luc Atteia,Alain Klotz,S. Basa,Bruce Gendre,F. Verrecchia,Michel Boer,S. Cutini,Martin Henze,Stephen T. Holland,Mansur Ibrahimov,F. Ienna,Irek Khamitov,Sylvio Klose,Vasilij Rumyantsev,V. Biryukov,D. Sharapov,Frédéric Vachier,Stéphane Arnouts,Daniel A. Perley +20 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented the results obtained from a multi-wavelength campaign, as well as from the public Swift/BAT, XRT, and UVOT data of GRB 060111B for which a bright optical emission was measured with good temporal resolution during the prompt phase.
The origin of the prompt optical emission in GRB 060111B
G. Stratta,A. Pozanenko,Jean-Luc Atteia,Alain Klotz,Stéphane Basa,Bruce Gendre,F. Verrecchia,M. Boer,S. Cutini,Martin Henze,Stephen T. Holland,Mansur Ibrahimov,F. Ienna,I. Khamitov,S. Klose,V. Rumyantsev,V. Biryukov,F. Vachier,Stéphane Arnouts,Daniel A. Perley +19 more
TL;DR: In this article, Liang et al. found that the optical peak epoch (t(p)) is anti-correlated with the high energy burst energetic assuming an isotropic energy release (E-iso), and the steeper the post-peak afterglow decay, the less is the agreement with the correlation.
