TL;DR: The results highlight the efficacy and safety of active conventional treatment based on methotrexate combined with corticosteroids and certification pegol and tocilizumab, but not to abatacept, and show no major differences among the four treatments.

TL;DR: Gudbjornsson et al. as mentioned in this paper found that ACT was non-inferior to CZP and TCZ, but not to ABA, with the predefined 15% margin remaining within the pre-defined noninference margin versus ACT.

PS7:134 Rituximab-mediated late-onset neutropenia in systemic lupus erythematosus – distinct roles of baff and april
TL;DR: Although the phenomenon was self-limiting in most cases, a few patients developed life-threatening conditions; this highlights the importance of regular surveillance for neutrophil counts, fever and infections.

FRI0560 Comparison of Bone Microstructure of Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis Patients – An HR-PQCT Study of Anabolic and Catabolic Bone Changes
David Simon,F. Faustini,Matthias Englbrecht,A. Kleyer,Roland Kocijan,Judith Haschka,Camille P. Figueiredo,Sebastian Krauß,Axel J. Hueber,Michael Sticherling,Georg Schett,Jürgen Rech +11 more
TL;DR: HR-pQCT analysis of the bone microstructure of PsA and PSO subjects indicates that PsA patients show significant more anabolic and clinical variables accompany bone changes than PSO patients, and only the duration of psoriasis is independently and positively related to the number of erosions and enthesiophytes.

THU0372 Subclinical Joint Inflammation in Psoriasis Patients without Concomitant Psoriatic Arthritis- A Cross-Sectional and Longitudinal Analysis
F. Faustini,David Simon,Isabelle Oliveira,A. Kleyer,Judith Haschka,Matthias Englbrecht,Alan Rodrigues Cavalcante,Sebastian Krauß,Taiane Ponte Tabosa,Camille P. Figueiredo,Axel J. Hueber,Roland Kocijan,Alexander Cavallaro,Georg Schett,Michael Sticherling,Jürgen Rech +15 more
TL;DR: Prevalence of subclinical inflammatory lesions is high in patients with cutaneous psoriasis, and the risk for developing PsA was as high as 55% if patients had subclinical synovitis and symptoms related to arthralgia, but only 15% of patients had normal MRIs and did not report of arthRALgia.
