TL;DR: A 36-year-old male with a history of residence in Africa, presented with subacute onset of progressive obstructive urinary symptoms and bilateral flank pain in the absence of constitutional symptoms and reported abnormally increased metabolism in the right kidney, abdominal lymph nodes, body of pancreas and most markedly, the prostate gland.
