Time course MRI imaging of brain functions
Andrzej Jesmanowicz,Peter A. Bandettini,James S. Hyde,Eric C. Wong +3 more
- 27 Dec 1994
TL;DR: In this paper, the EPI pulse sequence is performed by an NMR system which acquires 128 images of the brain over a time interval during which the subject performs a function or is stimulated.

NMR local coil for brain imaging
Eric C. Wong,James S. Hyde +1 more
- 19 Jan 1993
TL;DR: In this paper, an end capped RF bird cage coil surrounded by a 3 axis gradient coil assembly is used to acquire images of the human brain using fast NMR pulse sequences, where an RF shield is disposed between the RF coil and the gradient coils and it is divided into separate segments to reduce eddy currents induced by the changing gradient fields.

High-Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging Evaluation of Blood-Retinal Barrier Integrity Following Transscleral Diode Laser Treatment
Everton L. Arrindell,James C. Wu,Mitchell D. Wolf,Sumit K. Nanda,Dennis P. Han,Eric C. Wong,Gary W. Abrams,William F. Mieler,James S. Hyde +8 more
TL;DR: Transscleral contact probe diode laser photocoagulation induces less disruption of the blood-retinal barrier than does conventional cryotherapy, and the continuous infusion method of Gd-DTPA delivery is a reliable and easily interpretable alternative to the commonly used bolus injection approach.
