Simultaneous noninvasive recording of electrocardiogram and skin sympathetic nerve activity (neuECG)
Takashi Kusayama,Takashi Kusayama,Johnson Wong,Xiao Liu,Wenbo He,Wenbo He,Anisiia Doytchinova,Eric A. Robinson,David Adams,Lan S. Chen,Shien-Fong Lin,Katherine Davoren,Katherine Davoren,Ronald G. Victor,Cheng Cai,Cheng Cai,Ming Yan Dai,Ming Yan Dai,Ying Tian,Ying Tian,Pei Zhang,Pei Zhang,Dereen K. Ernst,Richard H. Rho,Minglong Chen,Yong Mei Cha,David R. Walega,Thomas H. Everett,Peng Sheng Chen +28 more
TL;DR: Methods to efficiently analyze neuECG from humans using commercially available hardware and software are described to facilitate adoption of this technology in clinical research.

Estimating sympathetic tone by recording subcutaneous nerve activity in ambulatory dogs.
Eric A. Robinson,Kyoung Suk Rhee,Anisiia Doytchinova,Mohineesh Kumar,Richard Shelton,Zhaolei Jiang,Nicholas J. Kamp,David J. Adams,David Wagner,Changyu Shen,Lan S. Chen,Thomas H. Everett,Michael C. Fishbein,Shien-Fong Lin,Peng Sheng Chen +14 more
TL;DR: It is tested the hypothesis that subcutaneous nerve activity of the thorax correlates with the stellate ganglion nerve activity and can be used to estimate the sympathetic tone.
Novel modular anastomotic valve device for hemodialysis vascular access: preliminary computational hemodynamic assessment.
TL;DR: The ability of the MAVD to normalize venous flow between dialysis periods while generating the typical hemodynamics of end-to-side vein-graft anastomoses during dialysis is suggested.

Management of vascular trauma from dog bites.
A. George Akingba,Eric A. Robinson,Andrea L. Jester,Brian M. Rapp,Anthony Tsai,Raghu L. Motaganahalli,Michael C. Dalsing,Michael P. Murphy +7 more
TL;DR: Dog bite vascular injuries are an uncommon occurrence, where extremity pulse abnormalities are the most common presentation, which warrants aggressive debridement and perioperative antibiotic therapy.

Po-01-027 a multipolar electrode mapping catheter and a mechanical valve: to use or not to use?
TL;DR: In this paper , a 65 year old woman with a history of a mechanical mitral valve (MMV), hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and multiple ablation procedures for atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter presented to the electrophysiology lab for another attempt to treat her atrial arrhythmias.
