Alleviating $H_0$ Tension with New Gravitational Scalar Tensor Theories
Shreya Banerjee,Maria Petronikolou,Emmanuel N. Saridakis +2 more
- 06 Sep 2022
TL;DR: In this article , the cosmological applications of new gravitational scalar-tensor theories are investigated in the light of $H_0$ tension, and two specific models are examined, and for particular choices of the model parameters, they find that the effect of the additional terms is negligible at high redshifts, obtaining a coincidence with $\Lambda$CDM cosmology, however as time passes the deviation increases and thus at low redshift the Hubble parameter acquires increased values in a controlled way.
Quasinormal Modes in Noncommutative Schwarzschild black holes
Yi Zhao,Y. Cai,Gaetano Lambiase,Emmanuel N. Saridakis,Elias C. Vagenas +4 more
- 22 Jan 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the quasinormal modes of a massless scalar in a Schwarzschild black hole, which is deformed due to noncommutative corrections.

Observational constraints on dynamical dark energy with pivoting redshift
TL;DR: In this paper, the generalized Chevallier-Polarski-Linder (CPL) parametrization with pivoting redshift as an extra free parameter was investigated.

Dynamics of the anisotropic Kantowsky-Sachs geometries in $R^n$ gravity
Genly Leon,Emmanuel N. Saridakis +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a detailed phase-space analysis of the universe is performed and the authors show that at late times the universe can result to a state of accelerating expansion, and additionally, for a particular $n$-range ($2

Gravitational Wave Propagation and Polarizations in the Teleparallel analog of Horndeski Gravity
Sebastian Bahamonde,Maria Caruana,Konstantinos F. Dialektopoulos,Viktor Gakis,Manuel Hohmann,Jackson Levi Said,Emmanuel N. Saridakis,Joseph Sultana +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the polarization structure of the teleparallel analogue of Horndeski gravity has been investigated and it is shown that the polarization depends on the choice of model parameters.
