TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a case series of eight patients with new or significantly worsened inflammatory pathology in close temporal association with the commencement of CGRP mAb therapy, and provide novel insights on the potential molecular mechanisms and side-effects of cGMP antagonism in migraine and support clinical vigilance in patient care.
Erenumab in Chronic Migraine: An Australian Experience

Gita Ramdharry,Gita Ramdharry,Alexander J. Pollard,Cheryl Anderson,Matilde Laura,Sinéad M. Murphy,M Dudziec,M Dudziec,E Dewar,Elspeth Hutton,Robert Grant,Mary M. Reilly +11 more
TL;DR: This pilot study of home‐based resistance training showed a modest improvement in hip strength but only on one side, which suggests that this training protocol may not be optimal for people with CMT and that patients may need to stratified differently for training studies in CMT.
