TL;DR: The deposition of circulating HCV‐containing immune complexes (CIC) in the skin could be the initial pathogenic event for cryoglobulinemic vasculits; subsequently CIC could spread from vacular bed to the perivascular tissue and then could be very rapidly eliminated.
