Copper(II) complexes of thioarylazo-pentanedione: Structures, magnetism, redox properties and correlation with DFT calculations
TL;DR: In this paper, a single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the copper(II) complexes of 3-((2-(alkylthio)phenylazo)-2,4-pentanedione, tridentate O, N, S donor ligands, are described.

Mercury complexes with the ligand benzaldehyde-N(4),N(4)-dimethylthiosemicarbazone
TL;DR: The Schiff base benzaldehyde-N(4), N(4)-dimethylthiosemicarbazone ( LH ) and its complexes [Hg(NO 3 )(LH) 2 ]NO 3 ( 1 ), [ Hg(L) 2 ) (2), [HG(L), 2 (μ-X) 2 HgX 2 ] [X = Cl ( 3 ), Br ( 4 ), [X ǫ 2 ] (4 ), HgI 2 (LH)] (5 ), [HhI 2 ](6

Structural Trends in Divalent Benzil Bis(thiosemicarbazone) Complexes
TL;DR: In this paper, three X-ray structures of complexes with different behaviour of the benzil bis(thiosemicarbazone) ligand have been determined, including two almost planar copper(II) complexes and a ZnII complex in which the ligand acts as a monoanion and a nitrate group is bonded to the metal ion.

Complexes of group 12 metals containing a hybrid thiosemicarbazone-pyridylhydrazone ligand
TL;DR: In this article, the reaction of diacetyl-2-(4-methyl-3-thiosemicarbazone) with 2-hydrazinopyridine leads to the formation of two products, LH2 and [LH3]Cl depending on the amount of HCl present in the reaction mixture.

The structural characterization and biological activity of sulfamethoxazolyl-azo-p-cresol, its copper(II) complex and their theoretical studies
Nilima Sahu,Dipankar Das,Sudipa Mondal,Suman Roy,Paramita Dutta,Nayim Sepay,Suvroma Gupta,Elena López-Torres,Chittaranjan Sinha +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the properties of the Cu(N,O)2 and Cu(II) complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic data and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.
