Bipolar function in backpropagation algorithm in predicting Indonesia’s coal exports by major destination countries

Background Implementation science (IS) should contribute to maintaining high standards of care across healthcare systems and enhancing care practices. However, despite the evident need for greater and more rapid uptake and integration of evidence in practice, IS design and methodology fall short of the needs of effective translation. Aim In this paper we examine what it is about IS that makes it so appealing for effective uptake of interventions in routine practice, and yet so difficult to achieve. We propose a number of ways that implementation scientists could build mutual relationships with healthcare practitioners and other stakeholders including public members to ensure greater shared care practices, and highlight the value of IS training, collaborative educational events, and co-designed research. Discussion More consideration should be given to IS applications in healthcare contexts. Implementation scientists can make a valuable contribution by mobilizing theory and improving practice. However, goals for an evidence-based system may be more appropriately achieved through greater outreach and collaboration, with methods that are flexible to support rapid implementation in complex adaptive systems. Collective learning and mutual trust can be cultivated by embedding researchers into healthcare services while offering greater opportunities for practitioners to learn about, and engage in, implementation research. Conclusion To bridge the worlds of healthcare practice and IS, researchers could be more consistent in the relationships they build with professionals and the public, communicating through a shared language and co-joining practical approaches to effective implementation. This will build capacity for improved collaboration and foster respectful, interdisciplinary relationships.

Too much theory and not enough practice? The challenge of implementation science application in healthcare practice.

Biodiesel has been successfully commercialized in numerous countries. Glycerol, as a byproduct in biodiesel production plant, has been explored recently for fuel additive production. One of the most prospective fuel additives is solketal, which is produced from glycerol and acetone via an acetalization reaction. This manuscript reviewed recent progress on heterogeneous catalysts used in the exploratory stage of glycerol conversion to solketal. The effects of acidity strength, hydrophobicity, confinement effect, and others are discussed to find the most critical parameters to design better catalysts for solketal production. Among the heterogeneous catalysts, resins, hierarchical zeolites, mesoporous silica materials, and clays have been explored as effective catalysts for acetalization of glycerol. Challenges with each popular catalytic material are elaborated. Future works on glycerol to solketal will be improved by considering the stability of the catalysts in the presence of water as a byproduct. The presence of water and salt in the feed is certainly destructive to the activity and the stability of the catalysts.

Penentuan supplier merupakan kegiatan strategis, terutama apabila supplier tersebut akan memasok item yang penting dan akan digunakan dalam jangka panjang. Untuk mendapatkan bahan baku yang efektif dan efisien maka Megah Gracindo Jaya harus melakukan pemilihan supplier yang handal sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkann oleh perusahaan. Salah satu metode dalam pemilihan keputusan dalah metode Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis Atau biasa disingkat dengan metode MOORA. Metode MOORA adalah metode yang memiliki perhitungan dengan kalkulasi yang minimum dan sangat sederhana. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode MOORA didapatkan bahwa A3 adalah supplier yang paling tepat.

Analysis of Backpropagation Method with Sigmoid Bipolar and Linear Function in Prediction of Population Growth

: The purpose of this research is to see how much open unemployment rate according to the highest education completed in the country of Indonesia for subsequent years through predictions used on the basis of existing data, which later as input for the government so that the government can make better policies to suppress the unemployment rate. This research uses artificial neural network application using a combination of Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm with bipolar sigmoid function. Open unemployment data according to the highest education is sourced from the National Labor Force Survey of the Republic of Indonesia, 2013-2017 in each semester. The data processing consists of two stages where the first phase of pattern recognition and the second stage is predicted. Pattern recognition and prediction use different data from the same process that uses data training and data testing. Data Training year 2013-2015 with target of 2016, while data testing year 2014-2016 with target year 2017. Architectural model used there are five, among others 6-2-5-2, 6-5-6-2, 6-5-8-2, 6-5-10-2 and 6-8-12-2. From the 5 models it can be concluded that the best model is 6-5-10-2 with epoch of 13 iterations, MSE in February 0.0109696004, MSE in August 0.0233797200. While the accuracy rate in February and August is the same, that is equal to 88%.

Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm Combined with Bipolar Sigmoid Function to Measure Open Unemployment Rate in Indonesia

The purpose of this study can predict the feasibility of the location of the development of clean water sources in the Tirta Lihou PDAM using the Naive Bayes algorithm. With the increasing number of MBR (Low-Income Communities) that enter each year in each region, the Tirta Lihou PDAM plans to find alternative springs solutions for several production units so that they can meet the needs of the community. In determining the appropriate alternative sources of clean water in several production units, the datamining method is used. By using data mining techniques specifically classification using the Naive Bayes algorithm, predictions can be made on the feasibility of the location of the construction of clean water sources based on existing data. Naive bayes is a simple probabilistic prediction technique based on the Bayes theorem with a strong assumption of independence (dependence). Based on the results of calculations using algoritma naive bayes, the clasification results from 19 alternatives used, where there are 8 feasible classes and 11 classes are not feasible with the number of accuracy obtained at 78,95%. From the results obtained, it is expected that this research can help the PDAM Tirta Lihou in determining the location that is feasible to develop water sources so that it can meet the needs of the community. This research is also expected to be a reference for further researchers relating to the user algorithm used.

The conversion of glycerol, a byproduct in biodiesel production, to valuable products will improve the economic feasibility of a biodiesel plant. Conversion of glycerol and sodium bicarbonate to glycerol carbonate over natural clinoptilolite was studied in a 500 mL batch reactor for 30–60 min. The optimum condition for better conversion of glycerol was investigated by altering the ratio of reactant, water content, ratio of catalyst-to-glycerol (wt%), diameter of zeolite particles, treatment of natural clinoptilolite, and temperature. The conversion of glycerol has been improved by increasing temperature, concentration of catalyst and decreasing catalyst diameter. Nevertheless, the conversion decreased with increasing of sodium bicarbonate concentration and with higher amount of water. The highest conversion of glycerol was obtained over treated clinoptilolite with diameter catalyst of 0.46 mm, catalyst-to-glycerol ratio of 9 wt%, sodium bicarbonate/glycerol ratio of 3, and water/glycerol of 3 at temperature of 100 °C for 30 min. Applications of sodium bicarbonate as a reactant and water as solvent and natural clinoptilolite as solid catalyst are potential to reduce cost of production and environmental footprint.

Negara Indonesia adalah salah satu negara pengekspor ke negara-negara maju dan berkembang. Tujuan dari eksportir adalah untuk dapat memperoleh keuntungan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Penerapan Datamining Pada Ekspor Minyak Kelapa Sawit Menurut Negara Tujuan Menggunakan K-Means Clustering Method. Sumber data penelitian ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen keterangan ekspor impor yang dihasilkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari tahun 2010- 2015 yang terdiri dari 6. Variable yang digunakan (1) jumlah ekspor berat bersih (netto). Data akan diolah dengan melakukan Clustering dalam 2 cluster yaitu cluster tingkat ekspor tinggi dan cluster tingkat ekspor rendah. Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat ekspor tinggi 5290,90 dan Centroid data untuk  Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat ekspor rendah 12,70. Sehingga diperoleh penilaian berdasarkan indeks ekspor minyak kelapa sawit dengan 1 negara cluster tingkat ekspor tinggi yakni India dan 9 negara cluster tingkat ekspor rendah yakni  Tiongkok, Singapura, Malaysia, Pakistan,Bangladesh,Sri Lanka,Mesir,Belanda, dan Jerman. Hal ini dapat menjadi masukkan kepada pemerintah, negara yang menjadi prioritas tertinggi pada kegiatan ekspor minyak kelapa sawit berdasarkan klaster yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang metode k-means pada pengelompokan wilayah pendistribusian listrik. Sumber data penelitian ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen keterangan energi yang dihasilkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari tahun 2011-2017 yang terdiri dari 34 provinsi. Variable yang digunakan jumlah pendistribusian listrik berdasarkan wilayah. Metode yang digunakan untuk meyelesaikan kasus ini adalah memanfaatkan teknik datamining dengan metode k-means. Data diolah dengan bantuan software RapidMiner dan melakukan 2 cluster yaitu cluster tingkat distribusi tinggi (C1) dan cluster tingkat distribusi rendah (C2). Cetroid data untuk cluster tingkat distribusi tinggi 33.622,87 dan cetroid data untuk cluster tingkat distribusi rendah 2.352,402.Sehingga diperoleh penilaian berdasarkan indeks wilayah pendistribusian listrik dengan 3provinsi cluster tingkat distribusi tinggi yakni DKI Jakarta,Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur dan 31provinsi cluster tingkat distribusi rendah yakni Provinsi yang tidak terdapat dalam cluster tingkat distribusi rendah. Hal ini dapat menjadi masukan kepada pemerintah, provinsi yang menjadi prioritas tertinggi pada kegiatan pendistribusian listrik berdasarkan klaster yang telah dilakukan.
