CdS bi-layers for optimized CdS/Cu 2 ZnSnSe 4 solar cells
Sergio Giraldo,Yudania Sánchez,Paul Pistor,Moises Espindola-Rodriguez,Florian Oliva,Victor Izquierdo-Roca,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez,Edgardo Saucedo +7 more
- 01 Jun 2016
TL;DR: It is demonstrated how this strategy contributes to increase the efficiency of the devices, enhancing the VOC and FF of the solar cells due to the improvement of the heterojunction properties.
Cu2ZnSnSe4 based solar cells prepared at high temperatures on Si/SiO2 sodium-free substrate
Marcel Placidi,Moises Espindola-Rodriguez,Simón López-Marino,Yudania Sánchez,Markus Neuschitzer,Victor Izquierdo Roca,Xavier Fontané,Xavier Alcobé,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez,Edgardo Saucedo +9 more
- 14 Jun 2015
TL;DR: In this article, the Si/SiO2 substrate was used as substrate to study the formation of CZTSe absorber without the possible influence of Na and for analyzing its compatibility with Si microelectronic technology.
CuIn(S,Se) 2 Electrodeposited control of defects through Cu/In monitoring.
C. M. Ruiz,Edgardo Saucedo,Pierre-Philippe Grand,Ludovic Parissi,Veronica Bermudez +4 more
- 11 May 2008
TL;DR: In this paper, the electronic state defects in CuIn(S,Se) 2 prepared by electrodeposition have not been widely studied, and their modification with different the variation of the Cu/In ratio on the absorber layer is reported.
Impact of Thin CuGa Layers Added at the Rear Interface of Cu 2 ZnSnSe 4 Solar Cells
Sergio Giraldo,Zacharie Jehl Li-Kao,Robert Fonoll,Lorenzo Calvo-Barrio,Victor Izquierdo-Roca,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez,Edgardo Saucedo +6 more
- 01 Jun 2019
TL;DR: In this article, the addition of thin CuGa layers at the rear interface of the solar cells is investigated as a promising strategy to improve morphological properties of the interface and to potentially create a back electron reflector through the formation of a thin CUGaSe 2 layer, and preliminary evidences that they might be either creating a back surface field or having a passivation effect.
Secondary phases dependence on composition ratio in sprayed Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films and its impact on the high power conversion efficiency
Osvaldo Vigil-Galán,Moises Espindola-Rodriguez,Maykel Courel,Xavier Fontané,Diouldé Sylla,Victor Izquierdo-Roca,Andrew Fairbrother,Edgardo Saucedo,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez,Alejandro Pérez-Rodríguez +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the relation between different secondary phases formation and the values of Cu/(Zn+Sn) and Zn/Sn ratios of CZTS thin films deposited by pneumatic spray pyrolysis using air as carrier gas was reported.
