The structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline WFe alloys prepared by high-energy ball milling
TL;DR: In this paper, the powder pattern peaks of the nanocrystalline W were subjected to a Fourier analysis to determine the effective particle size and the microstrains within these particles.

The structure of nanocrystalline Fe, W and NiAl powders prepared by high-energy ball-milling
TL;DR: In this article, a high-energy ball-mill was used to extract diffraction patterns of powders of Fe, W and NiAl for milling times up to 100 h with Co and Mo Ka radiation and a solid state detector.

- 01 Jan 1995
TL;DR: A detailed analysis of the atomic short-range order in amorphous and nanocrystalline materials was performed in this article, and the size of coherently diffracting domains (particle size), elastic strains within these domains, and the dynamic and static atomic displacements in nanocrystine materials were evaluated.
