Nanocomposite Ceramics on the Basis of Magnesium, Cerium, and Samarium Oxides
V. Vashook,J. Zosel,Matthias Schelter,E. Sperling,J. Posseckardt,Leonid Vasylechko,I. Matsukevich,N. P. Krut’ko,U. Guth,M. Mertig +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a model of conductivity of nanocomposite ceramics consisting of solid-electrolyte and dielectric phases is proposed based on the assumption that the conductivities of grain boundaries between the solid-electriclyte (SE) and dieelectric (DE) phases is higher than the conductivity in the volume of particles in the SE phase and its grain boundaries.
