Broadband attosecond pulse shaping.
E. Gustafsson,Thierry Ruchon,Marko Swoboda,Thomas Remetter,E. Pourtal,Rodrigo Lopez-Martens,Philippe Balcou,Anne L'Huillier +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, high-order harmonics generated from the interaction of an intense titanium sapphire laser field with a pulsed neon gas target were generated at energies from 50 to 80 eV with bandwidths as large as 45 eV and with pulse durations compressed to 130 as.

Broadband attosecond pulse shaping
Marko Swoboda,E. Gustafsson,Thierry Ruchon,Thomas Remetter,E. Pourtal,Anne L'Huillier,Rodrigo Lopez-Martens,Ph. Balcou +7 more
- 06 May 2007
TL;DR: In experiments on the control over spectral amplitude and phase of attosecond pulses, using metallic and semiconductor thin-film dispersive filters, a pulse duration as short as 130 as is obtained.

XUV digital in-line holography using high-order harmonics
Guillaume Genoud,Olivier Guilbaud,E. Mengotti,Sven-Göran Pettersson,Elisaveth Georgiadou,E. Pourtal,Claes-Göran Wahlström,Anne L'Huillier +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a successful implementation of time-resolved digital in-line holography with extreme ultraviolet (XUV) radiation is presented, where ultra short XUV pulses are produced as high-order harmonics of a femtosecond laser and a Schwarzschild objective is used to focus harmonic radiation at 38 nm and to produce a strongly divergent reference beam for holographic recording.
