TL;DR: In the case of the clinical phenotype of AR with CRSwNP, the addition of a leukotriene receptor blocker montelukast to the basic therapy of intranasal glucocorticosteroids made it possible to improve drug control of both diseases and reduce the frequency of C RSwNP relapses.
Dynamics of local cytokine status in patients with parotid salivary gland sialadenosis depending on the treatment algorithm
TL;DR: Regression of IL- 1β, IL-6 and TNF contents, and IL-10 increase in parotid gland secretions was significantly more pronounced at the terms of 1 and 6 months in cases treated with herbal drugs, compared to Group 1, where a conventional protocol was used.
