Thermoluminescence studies of thermally treated CaB4O7:Dy
TL;DR: In this article, Dy doped CaB 4 O 7 shows three glow peaks at about 50°C, 240°C and 380°C with the intensity of the 240 °C glow peak being the maximum, and two main emissions associated with the Dy dopant are observed at ∼480 and 580 nm.
