Solid electrolyte interface formation between lithium and PEO-based electrolyte
E. E. Ushakova,Alexander Frolov,A. A. Reveguk,Dmitry Yu. Usachov,Daniil M. Itkis,Lada V. Yashina +5 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy to show that a passivating SEI layer forms at the working electrode in contact with solid polymer electrolytes (SPE) both during cell cycling and at an open circuit potential, with the SEI thickness increasing to a certain point depending on the temperature.

TL;DR: In this paper, the sensitivity of specular neutron reflectometry with respect to the nanoscale structure of planar electrochemical interfaces in which a metal anode (copper) was in contact with an aprotic liquid lithium ion electrolyte (lithium perchlorate in propylene carbonate).
