Preparation method of cellulose nanofiber

The invention relates to a method for preparing a cellulose/chitin blending film. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving cellulose and chitin into combined aqueous solution of NaOH and urea respectively, centrifuging the two kinds of solution and mixing the solution in a certain ratio, then spreading the mixed solution to form a film, coagulating the film through a coagulating bath containing sulfuric acid or sulfuric acid/sodium sulfate, and drying the film to obtain the cellulose/chitin blending film. The dissolution of the cellulose, the dissolution of the chitin and the blending of the cellulose/chitin are physical processes rather than chemical reaction. The method has simple and convenient process, and is favorable for industrialization; and the waste liquid is easily recycled and has no pollution to the environment. The blending film prepared by the method of the invention has good application prospect in the fields of packing, biological medicinal materials, environmental protection and the like.

The prepared composite film is large in specific surface area and good in mechanical property and conductivity, can be widely applied to the fields such as conductive materials, anti-electrostatic materials, battery shielding materials and piezoelectric sensors.
