By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the rooting rate and elongation of the seedlings can be effectively increased, so that the peony rooting time is shorter, and the survival rate is improved. The rooting time is shortened to 10 days, the maximum root length is 25.58mm, the rooting rate is over 70%, and the root number is 4.8; however, the contrasted rooting time is 20 days, the rooting rate is 10%, the maximum root length is 18.06, and the root number is 2.
