Dynamic Analysis of Radial Force rushless DC Motor Using 3-D Equivalent gnetic Circuit Network Method
Jin Hur,Yon-Do Chun,Ju Lee,Dong-Seok Hyun +3 more
- 01 Jan 1998
TL;DR: In this article, a 3D equivalent magnetic circuit network method was used to account the rotor movement without remesh, and the radial force density was calculated and analyzed by Maxwell stress tensor and discrete Fourier transform (DFT) respectively.

A Control Scheme to Improve the Speed Response for BLDC Motor Using Four-Switch Three-Phase InverterUsing Four-Switch Three-Phase Inverter
Joon-Ho Lee,Tae-Sung Kim,Dong-Seok Hyun +2 more
- 01 Oct 2004
TL;DR: In this paper, a new speed control method using the acceleration feedforward compensation and using the disturbance torque estimate method was proposed to improve transition response characteristic of system and has been a robust characteristic in the four-switch three-phase motor drive system in which the gain of speed controller cannot be made large enough.

Low Speed Control of Induction Machines with inertia identification
Nam-Joo Kim,Hee-Sung Moon,Dong-Myung Lee,Dong-Seok Hyun +3 more
- 01 Oct 1995
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a low-speed control method using the low precision shaft encoder with speed observer implementing the disturbance torque observer, which improves the performance of the speed controller by using the estimated inertia acquired by the periodic test signal.
Development of 500[kWh] Lithium-Ion Battery Energy Storage System with 2[MVA] Power Conditioning System for Utility Interconnection
TL;DR: This paper gives critical aspects of design and control for a large capacity of battery system and PCS and test results are given as justification ofDesign and control technology.
