Absence of IL-12Rβ2 in CD33(+)CD38(+) pediatric acute myeloid leukemia cells favours progression in NOD/SCID/IL2RγC-deficient mice
Elisa Ferretti,Daniela Montagna,E. Di Carlo,Claudia Cocco,Domenico Ribatti,Emanuela Ognio,Carlo Sorrentino,Daniela Lisini,Alice Bertaina,Francesco Locatelli,Vito Pistoia,Irma Airoldi +11 more
TL;DR: The data indicate that the absence of IL-12Rβ2 in pediatric AML cells favours leukemia progression in NOD/SCID/IL2Rγc-deficient mice.

The Tumor Microenvironment in Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in Responder and No-Responder Patients to First Line ABVD Therapy
Roberto Tamma,Giuseppe Ingravallo,Francesco Gaudio,Antonio d’Amati,Pierluigi Masciopinto,E. Bellitti,Loredana Lorusso,Tiziana Annese,Vincenzo Benagiano,Pellegrino Musto,Giorgina Specchia,Domenico Ribatti +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors analyzed the microenvironment content in CHL patients with responsive disease (RESP) and patients with relapsed/refractory disease to treatment (REL) and showed the positive correlation between CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages, the increase of PDL-1+ cells and of CD34+ microvessels in REL patients respective to RESP patients.

Angiogenesis and hyperbaric oxygen in the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane.
TL;DR: HBOT induces an angiogenic response in treated CAMs through a classic sprouting mechanism, and results indicated that CAMs treated at ED6 and ED7 had a significantly higher CAM vascularization and an increased number of blood vessel ramifications.
Diogenes of Apollonia: a pioneer in vascular anatomy.
TL;DR: What emerges from this portrait of Diogenes of Apollonia is the figure of an eclectic spirit, who remarkably influenced the development of leading concepts in vascular anatomy and biology.
