Miguel Vega-Castellote,María-Teresa Sánchez,Irina Torres,Ana Garrido-Varo,Dolores Pérez-Marín +4 more
- 12 Apr 2021
TL;DR: In this paper, in-shell and shelled sweet and bitter almonds were analysed using a handheld diode array NIR spectrophotometer (950-1650 nm) and models were constructed using partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and the optimum threshold value was set up using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves.
Control individualizado de cerdos ibéricos "in vivo" en campo y sobre la canal en matadero mediante tecnología NIRS
Ana Garrido-Varo,J.E. Guerrero Ginel,A. López López,E. De Pedro,Dolores Pérez-Marín +4 more
- 09 Dec 2011
TL;DR: De Pedro et al. as discussed by the authors used NIRS for the control of animal nutrition in the cerdo Iberico, aplicada al analisis de acidos grasos en grasa subcutanea.
Online maturity determination in intact watermelons using near-infrared spectral sensors
Dolores Pérez-Marín,Irina Torres Rodriguez,Miguel Vega-Castellote,José-Antonio Entrenas,Ana Garrido-Varo,María-Teresa Sánchez +5 more
- 13 Jun 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , the improved X-Ray Detector (iXRD) on-board the Sharjah-Sat-1 CubeSat can be utilized to provide space situational awareness.
Chemometric analysis for near-infrared spectral detection of beef in fish meal
Chun-Chieh Yang,Cristóbal Garrido-Novell,Dolores Pérez-Marín,José Emilio Guerrero-Ginel,Ana Garrido-Varo,Moon S. Kim +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results showed that, with a ROI as large as 3600 pixels to cover sufficient area of a mixture meal sample, the success detection rate of beef in fish meal could be satisfactory 99.2% by PCA and 98.4% by PLSR.
How Often Do References Need to Be Measured When Using a near Infrared Diode Array Spectrometer
P. Vallesquino-Laguna,Tom Fearn,Ana Garrido-Varo,Elvira Fernández-Ahumada,Dolores Pérez-Marín,J.E. Guerrero-Ginel,A. Gómez-Cabrera +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the stability of a diode array spectrometer in the near infrared region has been investigated in two experiments where the frequency of passing of dark and white references, which need manual intervention, was varied.
