Pressure-induced enhancement of the magnetic anisotropy in Mn ( N ( CN ) 2 ) 2
Pedro A. Quintero,Divya Rajan,Marcus K. Peprah,T. V. Brinzari,Randy Scott Fishman,Daniel R. Talham,Mark W. Meisel +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, pressure dependence of the magnetization of the three-dimensional antiferromagnetic coordination polymer was studied up to 12 kbar and down to 8 K. The authors showed that the antiferrous transition temperature increases dramatically with applied pressure.

Structural and magnetic properties of four layered dicyanamide-based coordination polymers: M{N(CN)2}2(DMSO)2, [M = Mn, Fe, Co, Ni]
TL;DR: In this article, the crystal structures and magnetic properties of four μ-(1,5) singly bridging dicyanamide complexes, specifically Mn{N(CN)2}2(DMSO)2 (1), Fe{N[N[CN]2]2} 2D DMSO]2 (2), Co{N|N|Co{N•N|2D 2D CoCoCoCo{Co|N•Co|Co·Co|Ni{N·Ni|Ni|CoCo−Ni{Ni|

Light-induced magnetization changes in aggregated and isolated cobalt ferrite nanoparticles
T. V. Brinzari,Divya Rajan,Cauê F. Ferreira,Sebastian A. Stoian,Sebastian A. Stoian,Pedro A. Quintero,Mark W. Meisel,Daniel R. Talham +7 more
TL;DR: The light-induced magnetization changes in cobalt ferrite nanoparticles are reinvestigated to probe the mechanism of photomagnetic behavior and uncover the essential criteria required to observe the effect as mentioned in this paper.

Light-Switchable Exchange-Coupled Magnet
Divya Rajan,John M. Cain,T. V. Brinzari,Cauê F. Ferreira,Nicholas G. Rudawski,Ashley C. Felts,Mark W. Meisel,Daniel R. Talham +7 more
- 18 Nov 2019
TL;DR: In this paper, a light switchable hard magnet/soft magnet composite is described for which light irradiation breaks the exchange coupling between the two components, and a light-switchable soft magnet/hard magnet composite composite is presented.
