The invention discloses a sensor LoRa wireless network communication system for bioengineering. The system includes a server, a LoRa gateway, and sensor nodes which are deployed on a plurality of bioengineering devices. In each sensor node, biosensors are connected to a microcontroller through signal collection modules, and the microcontrollers at the sensor nodes are respectively communicativelyconnected to the LoRa gateway through LoRa wireless transceiver modules. The LoRa gateway is connected communicatively with the server. Adjacent sensor nodes share and are connected to one EPROM. Thesystem is free of complex in-situ wire arrangement and can achieve large-scale long-distance networking due to long transmission distance of a wireless signal. The system has low cost and good anti-interference capability, and is high in data transmission stability and reliability.

The invention discloses an operation data collection and fault response method based on WIFI, and the method employs a system which at least consists of the following units which achieve the data interconnection based on the WIFI technology through a public network platform: a wireless data collector, a plurality of terminal devices with the built-in wireless network cards, a wireless router, a modem, and an equipment data collection and maintenance ERP cloud server. The wireless router manages a local area network which consists of the plurality of terminal devices and one wireless data collector. The plurality of terminal devices enables the real-time operation data and fault information to be transmitted to the wireless data collector through the wireless router. The wireless data collector enables the operation data and fault information to be gathered, transmits the gathered data to the public network platform through the wireless router and the modem and transmits the gathered data to the equipment data collection and maintenance ERP cloud server. The method is shorter in fault response time, is higher in speed, is more accurate in data collection and fault reaction, and is lower in cost.

The invention provides a network fault processing method and system. The method comprises the following steps: when a to-be-recovered data collection device exists in a data collection network, looking for all adjacent data collection devices of the to-be-recovered data collection device, looking up an adjacent data collection device in a communication state from all adjacent data collection devices, controlling the adjacent data collection device in the communication state to search for the to-be-recovered data collection device, when a feedback message of the to-be-recovered data collection device is searched, and controlling the adjacent data collection device in the communication state to establish a communication connection with the to-be-recovered data collection device. In the network fault processing mode, no network structure needs to be reconstructed, and the existing network structure is retained and inherited, thereby reducing massive communication traffics of networking communication and effectively improving the network fault processing efficiency and availability.

The invention provides an RS485 serial device communication state detecting method. The method comprises: acquiring communication failure times in one communication process of a to-be-detected serial device; judging whether the communication failure times is larger than a preset value; when the communication failure times is larger than the first preset value, determining device faults and generating device alarm events; when the communication failure times is smaller than the first preset value, judging whether the communication failure times is larger than a second preset value which is smaller than the first preset value; when the communication failure times is larger than the second preset value, judging whether the communication failure times of another device connected with the same serial port is larger than the second preset value; and when the communication failure times of another device is larger than the second preset value, determining the serial port fault and generating a serial port alarm event. The invention further provides an RS485 serial device communication state detecting device. By comparing the communication failure times with different preset values, fault event can be quickly determined, and fault reasons can be reflected.

The embodiment of the invention provides a network fault monitoring method and apparatus, improves the problem that the long time-consumption and low efficiency of the device network fault monitoring in the prior art reduce the network availability. The network fault monitoring method includes the steps of: detecting and recording wireless data acquisition devices with failure communication and the communication failure time; counting a total amount of the wireless data acquisition devices of which the continuous communication failure times in the same period reach a first threshold; judging whether the total amount of the wireless data acquisition devices reaches a second threshold, if the total amount reaches the second threshold, detecting whether there is the wireless data acquisition device as a key route in the wireless data acquisition devices of which the continuous communication failure times in the same period reach the first threshold value; and if there is the wireless data acquisition device as the key route, detecting whether there is a fault in the wireless data acquisition device as the key route. The network fault monitoring method and apparatus can improve the fault monitoring efficiency and the network availability.
