Direct and indirect effects of mine drainage on bacterial processes in mountain streams
TL;DR: The effects of mine drainage on two bacterial processes were examined in Rocky Mountain streams affected by mine drainage in this paper, and the incorporation of thymidine into bacterial DNA was measured as an index of bacterial production.
