Evaluation of Memory Enhancing Clinically Available Standardized Extract of Bacopa monniera on P-Glycoprotein and Cytochrome P450 3A in Sprague-Dawley Rats
Rajbir Singh,Jagadeesh Panduri,Devendra Kumar,Deepak Kumar,Hardik Chandsana,Rachumallu Ramakrishna,Rabi Sankar Bhatta +6 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the effect of memory enhancing standardized extract of BM on hepatic and intestinal cytochrome P450 3A and P-glycoprotein expression and activity in male Sprague-Dawley rat to investigate whether this BM pretreatment mediated decrease in activity of CYP3a and Pgp would account for the alteration of respective substrate or not.
LC–MS/MS assay for the determination of natamycin in rabbit and human plasma: Application to a pharmacokinetics and protein binding study
Yashpal S. Chhonker,Devendra Kumar,Pankaj Shrivastava,Deepak Kumar,Rajbir Singh,Hardik Chandasana,Rabi Sankar Bhatta +6 more
TL;DR: To enable reliable quantification of natamycin in rabbit and human plasma, a validated, sensitive and selective liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry assay was developed and has been successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of nat Amycin in NZ rabbit and plasma protein binding in human plasma.

Dose escalation pharmacokinetics and lipid lowering activity of a novel farnesoid X receptor modulator: 16-Dehydropregnenolone.
TL;DR: Pharmacokinetic and lipid lowering activity by oral route indicate saturation of oral absorption at higher doses of 16-Dehydropregnenolone, and route and dose-dependent pharmacokinetics are exhibited.

Simultaneous estimation of 16α‐hydroxycleroda‐3,13(14) Z‐dien‐15,16‐olide from Polyalthia longifolia and its metabolite in hamster plasma: application to pharmacokinetic study
Rabi Sankar Bhatta,Devendra Kumar,Yashpal S. Chhonker,Deepak Kumar,Suriya P. Singh,Koneni V. Sashidhara,Girish Kumar Jain +6 more
TL;DR: A selective and sensitive LC-MS-MS method was developed and validated and successfully applied to reveal the pharmacokinetic parameters of K-09 and metabolite after oral administration, which will therefore be highly useful for future studies of H2O-stained Polyalthia longifolia and its metabolite K-9T pharmacokinetics in preclinical and clinical studies.

LC–MS Method for Determination of Amphotericin B in Rabbit Tears and Its Application to Ocular Pharmacokinetic Study
Rabi Sankar Bhatta,Chetan Rathi,Hardik Chandasana,Devendra Kumar,Yashpal S. Chhonker,Girish Kumar Jain +5 more
TL;DR: A rapid and sensitive LC–MS–MS method was developed for the quantification of amphotericin B in rabbit tears using natamycin as internal standard and was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic studies of amph esotericin B eye drops in rabbit Tears.
