Imaging Spontaneous MMTVneu Transgenic Murine Mammary Tumors: Targeting Metabolic Activity Versus Genetic Products
Mathew L. Thakur,Devakumar Devadhas,Kaijun Zhang,Richard G. Pestell,Chenguang Wang,Peter McCue,Eric Wickstrom +6 more
TL;DR: This investigation determined the ability of 1 of the peptide analogs, 64Cu-TP3805, to detect BC in MMTVneu mice using 18F-FDG as a gold standard and identified all malignant lesions unequivocally that overexpressed the VPAC1 oncogene surface product.
PET imaging of EGFR expression in nude mice bearing MDA-MB-468, a human breast adenocarcinoma.
Kayvan Sadri,Qing Ren,Kaijun Zhang,Bishnuhari Paudyal,Devakumar Devadhas,Ulrich Rodeck,Mathew L. Thakur +6 more
TL;DR: Cetuximab can be labeled with 64Cu without compromising its biological activity and the tumor uptake was excellent with high tumor/muscle and reasonable tumor/blood ratios.

Reproducibility in Radiomics: A Comparison of Feature Extraction Methods and Two Independent Datasets
Hannah Thomas,Helen Yu Chi Wang,Ellen M. Donovan,Christopher P. Smith,Helen Saxby,Andrew Nisbet,Vineet Prakash,Balu Krishna Sasidharan,Simon Pavamani,Devakumar Devadhas,Manu Mathew,Rajesh Isiah,Philip M. Evans +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the reproducibility of CT texture features used in radiomics was compared between two feature extraction implementations, namely the MATLAB toolkit and Pyradiomics, when applied to independent datasets of CT scans of patients: (i) the open access RIDER dataset containing a set of repeat CT scans taken 15 min apart for 31 patients (RIDER Scan 1 and Scan 2, respectively) treated for lung cancer; and (ii) the HN1 dataset containing 137 patients treated for head and neck cancer.

Can CBCT-Based Delta Radiomics Predict Normal Lung Toxicity during Thoracic Radiation?
N. Jose,Anitha Varghese,Hannah Thomas,Aparna Irodi,Jens Christian Paul,Manesh Mathew,Rajesh Isiah,S. John,Henry Finlay Godson,T Peace,Simon Pavamani,Devakumar Devadhas,Balu Krishna Sasidharan +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the potential for CBCT-based delta radiomics in predicting radiotherapy induced lung parenchymal changes during thoracic radiotherapy was evaluated using 80:20 training/testing data split and performance was evaluated by the area under the receiver-operating-characteristic-curve (AUC).

Three dimensional projection environment for molecular design and surgical simulation.
Eric Wickstrom,Chang-Po Chen,Devakumar Devadhas,Matthew E. Wampole,Yuan-Yuan Jin,Jeffrey M. Sanders,John C. Kairys,Martha L. Ankeny,Rui Hu,Kenneth E. Barner,Karl V. Steiner,Mathew L. Thakur +11 more
TL;DR: A novel ligand specific for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to direct PET agent uptake specifically into cancer cells, and a volumetric haptic surgical simulation of human pancreatic cancer reconstructed from patient CT data are created.
