TL;DR: A series of poly(meth)acrylamide derivatives with pendent six-member cyclic orthoester groups, i.e., poly(N-(2-alkyloxy-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)methacryamide)s and poly(n-(N-(n)-acetyloxy 1,3)-dioxane 5-yl poly(poly(n)-acrylonitrivanic acid)s, have been synthesized and characterized as mentioned in this paper.

Fission and Internal Fusion of Protocell with Membraneless "Organelles" Formed by Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation.
TL;DR: This study highlights that liquid-liquid phase separation of biopolymers is a powerful strategy to construct hierarchically structured protocells resembling the morphology and functions of living cells, and provides a step towards a better understanding of the transition mechanism from non-living to living matter under prebiotic conditions.

TL;DR: In this article, an optically active poly(phenylacetylene), poly{2-(R)-methyl-2-[4 0 -(tetradecyloxy)biphenyl-4-yloxy]propyl 4-ethynylbenzoate} (P1) is synthesized in a high yield with a high molecular weight (1.3 � 10 6 g/ mol) by [Rh(nbd)Cl]2 catalyst.

Solvent Effect on the Aggregation Behavior of Rod−Coil Diblock Copolymers
TL;DR: The results from 2D wide-angle X-ray diffraction and polarized optical microscopy demonstrated that the PMBPS blocks packed in a parallel pattern upon aggregation in dioxane/water, and the anisotropic disclike structures observed in THF/water indicated the orientation of the PM BPS blocks upon forming aggregates in dilute solution.
