The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes in the healthcare industry lately. As things are going normal with time, many health projects designed and used during emergencies are left unexploited. To make the perpetual use of those technologies, the current need should be taken into consideration along with necessary ideas and frameworks to evolve the existing system into. To demonstrate the same, in this paper, we have presented a package of healthcare services powered by Artificial Intelligence via a chatbot system, where a user can entertain the services either by an interactive Graphical User Interface or a conversational chatbot system. This proposed system showcases how a similar Covid-19 system can be developed into a sophisticated healthcare service. This paper emphasises adding Artificial Intelligence to any conventional software via chatbot services which would broaden the services it provides even further. In order to find out the probable best technology to integrate AI with, about 50 papers have been analysed and out of which 27 relevant papers have been included in the literature review. In future, we intend to add medical support and other intelligence-based services to our system in order to meet user requirements and essential features in the field of healthcare.

Chatbot research has advanced significantly over the years. Enterprises have been investigating how to improve these tools’ performance, adoption, and implementation to communicate with customers or internal teams through social media. Besides, businesses also want to pay attention to quality reviews from customers via social networks about products available in the market. From there, please select a new method to improve the service quality of their products and then send it to publishing agencies to publish based on the needs and evaluation of society. Although there have been numerous recent studies, not all of them address the issue of opinion evaluation on the chatbot system. The primary goal of this paper’s research is to evaluate human comments in English via the chatbot system. The system’s documents are preprocessed and opinion-matched to provide opinion judgments based on English comments. Based on practical needs and social conditions, this methodology aims to evolve chatbot content based on user inter-actions, allowing for a cyclic and human-supervised process with the following steps to evaluate comments in English. First, we preprocess the input data by collecting social media comments, and then our system parses those comments according to the rating views for each topic covered. Finally, our system will give a rating and comment result for each comment entered into the system. Experiments show that our method can improve accuracy better than the referenced methods by 78.53%.

Building a Chatbot System to Analyze Opinions of English Comments

Infectious diseases like COVID-19 have gained international attention recently. Furthermore, there are significantly fewer doctors per capita in densely populated nations like India, which hurts those in need. Under such circumstances, natural language processing techniques might make it feasible to create an intelligent and engaging chatbot system. The primary objective of the effort is to develop an interactive solution that is entirely open source and can be easily installed on a local computer using the most recent data. Even though there are numerous chatbots on the market, proposed solutions highlight the need to provide individualized and sympathetic responses. Getting Back While the data is stored in the graph database as nodes and relationships, and the knowledge graph is constructed on top of it, augmented generation is utilized to extract the pertinent content from the data. To improve the generator's context, pertinent sections are collected during the question-answering process. This reduces hallucinations and increases the correctness of abstractions by providing external knowledge streams. Furthermore, the research study employs a text-to-speech model that was replicated from a physician's voice recording to narrate the produced responses, thereby augmenting user confidence and interaction. Academic institutions and healthcare organizations can benefit from this work by better understanding the value and effectiveness of applying NLP techniques to infectious disease research. 

A RAG-based Medical Assistant Especially for Infectious Diseases

This paper addresses the challenges associated with the centralized storage of educational materials in the context of a fragmented and disparate database. In response to the increasing demands of modern education, efficient and accessible retrieval of materials for educators and students is essential. This paper presents a hybrid model based on the transformer framework and utilizing an API for an existing large language model (LLM)/chatbot. This integration ensures precise responses drawn from a comprehensive educational materials database. The model architecture uses mathematically defined algorithms for precise functions that enable deep text processing through advanced word embedding methods. This approach improves accuracy in natural language processing and ensures both high efficiency and adaptability. Therefore, this paper not only provides a technical solution to a prevalent problem but also highlights the potential for the continued development and integration of emerging technologies in education. The aim is to create a more efficient, transparent, and accessible educational environment. The importance of this research lies in its ability to streamline material access, benefiting the global scientific community and contributing to the continuous advancement of educational technology.

Centralized Database Access: Transformer Framework and LLM/Chatbot Integration-Based Hybrid Model

The major role of today's technology is played by the artificial intelligence along with the NLP processing integrated with the machine learning algorithms. The computer program which uses artificial intelligence to imitate the behavior of the human decision making as well as providing the various kind of services forms the basis for the survey on artificial intelligence on the chatbots. Thus, the paper provides a survey based on the different platforms used to build a chatbot for providing various kind of services to different kind of users. The design techniques for building the chatbot depends on the services meant to provide for the users. The chatbot will get the experience by learning through the past experience using various algorithms. The data can be trained to the chatbot which will enable it to check with the knowledge base for providing accurate results to the query of the user through client side applications.
