TL;DR: A circumscribed SOZ, but no specific SOP was predictive for seizure freedom after epilepsy surgery, and intracranial EEG may be helpful to predict post-operative seizure freedom.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors suggest applying the same duration of observation without driving eligibility, i.e., 6 seizure-free months for private driving of passenger cars and 2 seizure free years without antiseizure medication for busses, trucks, and professional driving.
