Self-Powered 380 V DC SiC Solid-State Circuit Breaker and Fault Current Limiter
TL;DR: A new ultrafast dc solid-state circuit breaker that uses a silicon carbide cascode as the main switching and limiting semiconductor and an isolated photovoltaic driver to control it and is able to block a 380 V short circuit failure in 570 ns is presented.

Interleaved, switched-inductor, multi-phase, multi-device DC/DC boost converter for non-isolated and high conversion ratio fuel cell applications
TL;DR: A very versatile non-isolated, high step-up voltage gain, interleaved boost converter is presented in this work and a 500-W experimental prototype has been implemented and tested to verify the performance.

Designing Arduino electronic shields: Experiences from secondary and university courses
Ausias Garrigos,David Marroqui,Jose M. Blanes,R. Gutierrez,I. Blanquer,M. Canto +5 more
- 01 Apr 2017
TL;DR: This work presents recent activities in this sense, creating electronic hardware for Arduino boards (Arduino shields) and visual software (Visual Basic and Scratch) for educational purposes at different levels.

SiC MOSFET vs SiC/Si Cascode short circuit robustness benchmark
TL;DR: In this paper, the drift and degradation of two commercial devices static parameters were compared by exposing them to different levels of repetitive 1.5μs short-circuit campaigns at 85% of its breakdown voltage.
16
System-on-Chip for Real-Time Satellite Photovoltaic Curves Telemetry
TL;DR: In order to design the system as simple and reliable as possible, from all the methods available in the literature to extract the five parameters of the equivalent model, the Oblique Asymptote Method has been chosen for its simplicity and precision.
