New poly(ionic liquid)s based on poly(azomethine-pyridinium) salts and its use as heterogeneous catalysts for CO2 conversion
Eva M. Maya,Ester Verde-Sesto,Daniele Mantione,Marta Iglesias,David Mecerreyes,David Mecerreyes +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a fast and simple synthetic route towards a new family of poly(ionic liquids) based on aromatic crosslinked poly(azomethine-pyridinium) salts is described.

Ionic and Poly(ionic liquids) as Perovskite Passivating Molecules for Improved Solar Cell Performances.
Silvia Mariotti,Daniele Mantione,Samy Almosni,Milovan D. Ivanović,Takeru Bessho,Miwako Furue,Hiroshi Segawa,Georges Hadziioannou,Eric Cloutet,Thierry Toupance +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , the stability of perovskite solar cell devices has not yet been fully met, and the authors use perovskiy solar cells to demonstrate their stability.
Thiophene-Based Aldehyde Derivatives for Functionalizable and Adhesive Semiconducting Polymers.
Emin Istif,Daniele Mantione,Lorenzo Vallan,Georges Hadziioannou,Cyril Brochon,Eric Cloutet,Eleni Pavlopoulou +6 more
TL;DR: A short and simple strategy for introducing an aldehyde functionality in thiophene-based semiconducting polymers, which are extremely valuable for numerous applications requiring the facile incorporation of a functional group onThiophene, such as the functionalization with labile molecules.

Easy‐to‐make carboxylic acid dioxythiophene monomer (ProDOT‐COOH) and functional conductive polymers
Daniele Mantione,Nerea Casado,Ana Sanchez-Sanchez,Haritz Sardon,Haritz Sardon,David Mecerreyes,David Mecerreyes +6 more
TL;DR: Carboxylic acid functional ethoxythiophene (PRODOT‐COOH) monomer has been synthetized and polymerized chemically and electrochemically as mentioned in this paper, which can be used as intermediate to prepare three additional PRODOT monomers via simple condensation with HATU or DCC and electropolymerized to afford functionalized conductive polymers.
