Electron microscopic visualization of proteoglycans with Alcian Blue.
TL;DR: It is thought that Alcian Blue, on the other hand, contributes to the stabilization of the proteoglycans in their original structural arrangement and results in the sharp visualization of fine filaments in the tissue culture matrix.

Primary Osteoma Cutis. Clinical, Morphological, and Ultrastructural Study
TL;DR: Primary osteoma cutis may be considered as true bone amartothic formation rather than dermal mineralization, and microcalcifications may be interpreted as metastatic calcifications related to the primary osteoma calcified plaque.

Morphometry and patterns of lamellar bone in human Haversian systems.
TL;DR: The lamellar architecture of secondary osteons (Haversian systems) has been studied with scanning electron microscopy in transverse sections of human cortical bone using Na3PO4 etching to improve the resolution of the interface between neighboring lamellae and the precision of measurements, which permitted testing of earlier morphometry assumptions concerning lamellare thickness.

Ultrastructural localization of tyrosine hydroxylase in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells: effect of stimulation with phytohaemagglutinin.
Marcella Reguzzoni,Marco Cosentino,Emanuela Rasini,Franca Marino,Marco Ferrari,Raffaella Bombelli,Terenzio Congiu,Marina Protasoni,Daniela Elena Quacci,Sergio Lecchini,Mario Raspanti,Gianmario Frigo +11 more
TL;DR: The ultrastructural localization of tyrosine hydroxylase in human PBMCs seems regulated by cell stimulation and related to the functional activity of the enzyme.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors discuss several specific issues to optimise the applicability and effectiveness of such an important, novel regulatory setting, including the grantees of teaching and training activities, role of academic anatomical institutes, the role of family members in the donation process, the universal time limit indicated for any donation, the handling of corpses, and limited body donation and its subordination to the donation of organs and tissues.
