Toxicokinetics of Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether Congeners 47, 99, 100, and 153 in Mice
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that congener substitution plays a role in the distribution, metabolism, and excretion of PBDEs in mice and it is therefore important to consider the differential toxicokinetic parameters associated with each congener when assessing the risk to human health from these PBDE congeners.

TL;DR: In this paper , a catalytic mTOR inhibitor optimized for central nervous system (CNS) indications was proposed, which is able to block mTOR functions in the mouse brain and extend the survival of mice with neuronal-specific ablation of the Tsc1 gene.
Phototoxicity─Medicinal Chemistry Strategies for Risk Mitigation in Drug Discovery.
TL;DR: In this paper , a flowchart is presented as a guidance tool to be used by the practicing medicinal chemist when facing a phototoxicity risk, including an overview of the evolution of in silico methods and their application as well as structure alerts for consideration as potential phototoxicophores.
